Read your InBody & DEXA scans

Take a photo of your printed InBody or DEXA report, or upload the PDF. AI reads every value — weight, muscle, body fat and more — saves it, and charts the change from scan to scan.

Bring the program you already follow

A coach's spreadsheet, a PDF, a note on your phone, a screenshot of last month's log — Lifter Log's AI reads it and turns it into workouts you can start logging right away. No retyping.

  • Paste, upload or pick photos — Excel, PDF, CSV, text, or up to 8 photos read together.
  • Your history comes too — dated sets and reps import as progress, so your charts start full.
  • Workouts and schedules built for you — named workouts land on the right weekdays.
  • Switching apps? Upload the CSV export from apps like Strong or Hevy.

AI body-scan reader

Your InBody and DEXA scans, read for you

Stop copying numbers off a printout. Add your body-composition report and Lifter Log's AI reads it, saves it, and shows how your body is changing right next to your training.

  • Photo or PDF. Take a photo of the printed report or upload the PDF — AI reads every value.
  • Saved automatically. No retyping. Anything the AI isn't sure about is flagged for you to check.
  • Changes that mean something. Muscle, body fat and left-right balance, compared scan to scan.
  • Tape measurements too. Track your waist, arms, legs and more with a tape measure.
Built for the gym floor

Everything else you need to train

No clutter, no fluff — just the fastest way to record what you lifted and see how far you've come.

Log every set, in seconds

Record weight and reps for each set. Every exercise opens pre-filled with your last session, so logging never interrupts your rest.

A rest timer on your lock screen

On iPhone, the countdown lives on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island; on Android, in a notification you can pause or reset. When rest is over, it tells you the next set.

Workout of the day

Build workouts with drag-and-drop, schedule them by weekday or in a rotation, and today's workout is waiting at the top when you walk into the gym.

PRs and milestones

Weight, rep and volume PRs are spotted automatically, and milestone badges mark the big moments — like your first 100 kg lift.

A library of about 900 exercises

Browse by muscle group with reference photos — and add your own photos, short videos or links from YouTube, Instagram and TikTok to any exercise.

Time every session

Start a session when you walk in and see exactly how long you train — the app keeps your live workout one tap away.

Full history for every lift

Volume, top-set weight and total reps charted for each exercise, with your total gain and weekly trend at a glance.

Your units, your language

Train in kilograms or pounds and switch anytime. Lifter Log speaks 21 languages, including right-to-left Arabic.

Vote on what we build next

Suggest features and upvote others' ideas on the in-app feature board — the most-wanted ideas get built first.

Flexible weight entry

Log the weight however you think about it

Some lifts you know as a number. Others you count in plates. Lifter Log speaks both — and knows the difference between the total load and one loaded side.

  • Weight or plates. Type 100, or tap 20 + 15 + 5 per side — same result.
  • Total or each side. Enter one side and we double it — the bar is added once, never twice.
  • Bar & body weight add-ons. For barbell lifts and pull-ups or dips, added in a tap.
  • Remembered per exercise. Set it once; every future session opens the way you log.
Analytics

See exactly where your training is going

The Analytics tab turns every set you log into a clear picture of your week, month and year — how often you train, how much you lift, and where your strength is going.

  • Week, month or year. Swipe between periods and compare with the one before.
  • Sessions, volume, sets and time. Your headline numbers, with the change at a glance.
  • Streaks, estimated 1RM and muscle balance. Plus all-time records and totals.
  • Arranged your way. Hold any section to move or hide it.
Share cards

Show what you lifted

Turn any session, new PR or your yearly recap into a share card worth posting — straight to your Instagram Story, WhatsApp or anywhere else.

  • Workout summaries, PR cards and recaps. Monthly and yearly Wrapped, plus milestone badges.
  • Your volume in tonnes or tons. With a fun comparison to show how much that really is.
  • Make it yours. Use your own photo or video as the background, then move and resize anything.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is Lifter Log on iPhone and Android?
Yes — Lifter Log is on the App Store and Google Play. Sign in with Apple (on iPhone), Google or email, and your training stays tied to your account, so it's there every time you come back.
What can Lifter Log's AI do?
Four things: it imports programs and workout logs you paste, upload or add as photos; it builds a weekly training plan from 10 quick questions; it reads InBody and DEXA body-composition reports; and it matches your exercises to a library of about 900 moves, with pictures and form videos.
Can I import my existing program or workout history?
Yes. Paste it from your notes, upload an Excel, PDF, CSV or text file, or pick up to 8 photos. The AI pulls out the exercises, sets and reps — plus dated past sessions as history — and creates your workouts with their schedule. It usually takes 15–30 seconds.
Can I switch from Strong, Hevy or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Export your workouts as a CSV from apps like Strong or Hevy — or use the spreadsheet you already keep — and upload it in Lifter Log. The AI reads your exercises, sets, reps and dates, so your history comes with you.
How does the AI program builder work?
Answer 10 quick questions about your goal, experience, training days, session length, equipment, injuries and focus muscles, after a short safety check. The AI builds a weekly plan scheduled on the days you picked, with rest times and notes for every exercise — usually in under a minute, and you can leave the screen while it works.
Can Lifter Log read my InBody or DEXA scan?
Yes. Take a photo of the printed report or upload the PDF, and the AI reads the values — weight, skeletal muscle or lean mass, body fat and more — and saves them automatically, flagging anything it isn't sure about. You can also log tape measurements, and your body data stays private to your account.
Can I log weight as plates instead of a number?
Yes. Enter the weight as a single number, or tap the plates you loaded — and choose whether you're entering the total load or just one side. Lifter Log resolves it to the real total, adds the bar or your body weight when it applies, and remembers your preference for each exercise.
Does it have a rest timer?
Yes, with a default you can set per exercise. On iPhone the countdown shows on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island; on Android it runs in a notification with pause, resume and reset. When rest is over, the alert tells you which set is next.
Can I train in kilos or pounds?
Both. Train in kilograms or pounds and switch anytime — your entire history converts with you, so nothing gets lost in translation.
Which languages does Lifter Log support?
Lifter Log is available in 21 languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Hindi, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Korean, Japanese, and Simplified and Traditional Chinese. The app follows your phone's language.
How much does Lifter Log cost?
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial — no card needed. After that, Lifter Log continues with a monthly or yearly subscription. You can start logging in seconds, with no setup wall before you train.
